Careers at Reyker

Our philosophy is to recruit talented people, then add to their knowledge, qualifications and experience in order to help them realise their potential.

We take career development very seriously. By employing the best and brightest people for the roles we have available, and by fostering independent thought and entrepreneurial spirit, overseen with gentle accountability at every level, we create an atmosphere in which our people are given the tools and the space to grow and expand their horizons. You will enjoy working at Reyker if you are a team player who relishes responsibility and challenge.

We believe in sharing knowledge, and the way we work gives all our employees the opportunity to work alongside people who can mentor them and transfer skills. As a progressive organisation with a focused growth strategy we are building a young, very motivated and skilled team.

Our graduate training programme is designed to attract holders of degrees relevant to the professional financial services sector in which we are a respected name. If you are personable, self-motivated and have a good degree in economics, mathematics, law, finance or a business related subject we may well be interested in you. We will tailor a training programme leading to relevant industry qualifications that will enhance your career and add value to our business.

You don't necessarily need to be a graduate to work for us. We also have a career path for non-graduates, particularly in administrative and business support roles.
