Strathdon Investments has announced it will be delisting from AIM, effective as of January 2012, subject to approval at an AGM on 30 December 2011.

Millwall has now been delisted from AIM. Please update your records accordingly.

Holders of Artemis Alpha Trust subscription shares can now exercise these, with each subscription share entitling the holder to subscribe to one ordinary share for 345p. A Letter has been sent to holders with further details.

Dominion Petroleum has announced a recommended offer by Ophir Energy whereby all shareholders will receive 0.0244 ordinary shares in Ophir Energy for every share of Common Stock in Dominion Petroluem currently held. A letter has been sent to all shareholders with details of how this will effect their holding.
